Q2. How do you control the products quality?
A: Our aim is to make high quality products to our customs from all over the world, we use good materials, we have special people for testing lights one by one, they will test their function ro ensure we offer high quality products,and we have well-trained QC for testing, each light will be passed test before shipping.
Q3. How long will ship the goods if place an order?
A: We have stock of materials and most of the goods we also have stock, samples can be sent within 1-3 days, for mass order, usually can be sent within 7-25 days, or can be negotiated, please don’t worry the problem of lead time.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-10days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes, we can accept print logo and custom package, but there will be MOQ of 500pcs, please contact us to discuss details and proceed.
Q6: How much time to make samples?
A: For our standard one, usually we can send at once once you placed order, it will take 4-5days to make new samples.
Q7: Do you have MOQ?
A: For our standard items, we don’t have MOQ, 1 pcs for test is ok, but there will be MOQ of 500pcs for customing package and printing logo, some customer prefer place more package, keep it in stock in our factory for next order used.

Q9: I ordered more than one item, will they be shipped together?
A: If you order more than one item, we will do our best to ensure that all items are in one package. You will receive a shipping notification email once the item has shipped.

EGH LAMP offers every consumer a 30-day unconditional refund.
Within 30 days from the date of purchase, undamaged products can be returned unconditionally for a full refund. The refund process will begin once the returned item has been received and inspected in EGH’s warehouse.
